Route 23 BBQ opened its doors in 2019, but our story goes way back. Our owner has been in the kitchen since he was 15, learning the ins and outs of BBQ from scratch. It's not just a job for us – it's a family tradition. From ribs to wings, everything we serve comes from decades of passion and experience. We take pride in doing things the old-fashioned way, slow-cooking meats to perfection and making sure every meal is as fresh as it gets.
